Sakura manages to escape either by Sasuke suddenly knowing kamui or Naruto doing something illogical to the NV and enters kamui.

Other scenario, Madara kills both Obito and Sakura and returns to the battle with their bodies to gloat, gains the Rinnegan and will be decimated by a grieving/enraged Sasuke and Naruto.

No thanks to Hashirama Senju, Madara overpowered him and took it away. Hashirama cells were not given to him like damn birthday present.

Madara took scientific approach and even created the whole army out of the fruits of his "thievery", and also saved that moron Obito, what also allowed him to become Juubi Jin.
