Shippuden is way better then part 1 I'll explain take a seat please

First I like how the Charaters got taller.. I also like how they have differnt techniques .. Big twists big mysetrys .. It keept me reading the manga .. How itachi was a good guy obito was the mask man .. The 6th coffin the 4 hokages coming back .. So many crazy twists.. I also like how there's more teamwork and the akaskti group was epic 10 powerful people .. Sasuke knowing the truth .. There are wayy more epic moments and sasuke gathering a group .. And the 2 people made the war are saving the 2 main Charaters .. Soo epic big twists .. OT: Shipuuden destroys part 1 .. Ty and Madara Rules.

I definitely agree with you that Shippuden is better in its own special way - it deals with darker, more complex themes which kept me much more invested/engrossed in the story. But I think the reason for this is in large part due to the groundwork laid by Part 1. I mean, the emotion behind Naruto's (and to some extent, Sakura's) desperation to find Sasuke would mean nothing if Kishi hadn't shown us their younger years together, and Neji's death wouldn't have been quite as heart wrenching if we hadn't grown attached beforehand, just to give a few examples

Posts like these are the reason i rarely enter this forum anymore. Part 1 was a masterpiece, Shippuden is mediocre at best.

Of course part 2 is way better, more action, way better fights, and the story is coming to a close so everything is opening up.

While I do enjoy the characters better now that they've had character development in part 2, I did sort of feel like I was more invested in the direction the plot was going in in part 1 instead of just being dragged along.

OT: Yes, I loved Shippuden more mainly because of the introduction of so many bad*ss villains (i.e. the Akatsuki members). Part 1 showed a true representation of what a ninja is like and that's the reason why many people like it, including me. Though, I didn't want it to stay like that forever. I'm glad Kishi took a different approach and increased the power-level up by far. It's just my personal preference. Though, he did went a little too far with Madara's PS slashing four mountains at a time and other things, lol.

I also think shippuden's better. I mean, we got a look at awesome new techniques, and despite what haters say, it still has tactics and teamwork. So many great fights were in shippuden.
