Fu getting Mind Destruction/Mind Body Disturbance. Inoichi used it once in Part I and then it was forgotten, but it's actually a pretty hax jutsu - the same as Mind Transfer but without the user losing consciousness.

Torune using his nanobugs for ranged attacks like normal insects.

The Torune idea is pretty solid, but Fu using a jutsu known only to Inoichi's Clan isn't legit

I know, that's why when I mention him alone I always write it as Fu (Root). I just thought it is obvious if I mention him next to Torune.

And I know I could probably call him "Foo" but I can't break the habit of spelling his name the unofficial way. Just like I can't call "Edo Tensei" anything else (like "Reanimation Jutsu" or whatever its official English name is).

i don't know so much about that.
and Kakashi may not be a fodder fully but without the sharingan his Raikuri isn't as accurate and can't read/copy his opponents anymore... the main things he was really known for.
