Do you guys think kishi is rushing things?

I feel like this battle has started and progressed pretty fast and that we are gonna get chapters solely based around this fight for the next few weeks. That being said, when are we changing back to spiral zetsu? The dramatic reveal of who is inside could take multiple chapters to go through, also Kabuto has to have some other purpose here other than healing Sasuke. So if we see Kabuto Oro and others fight when and where would it be? Would kishi interupt the 'final battle' just to switch to kabuto and company? I'd be pretty disappointed if we get a cliffhanger during the fight to switch to something totally secondary and less important at this point. The story would feel missing in a sense we'd literally have all the true main characters (team 7, lee gaara guy madara and obito) in one spot in the most important fight of the series and kishi just goes off and switches to a bunch of secondary characters? Also I feel like kishi could have done hagoromo's story better but kishi did a great job summarizing it, but I think we needed more content and get everything out of the way before Madara and Naruto and Sasuke have their final battle.

Don't get me wrong I want things to get done over with and go to the next arc but I want kishi to finish the story nicely I don't want this or the fight to be rushed at all. What are your thoughts do you feel things are rushed or being paced up

The things that Kishi cannot fit into the main story line will always be revealed in fillers because that's what fillers are for. They ''FILL'' us in on all the unimportant stuff the main story has no time for. I think he rushed Nejis death, that was the most rushed thing he ever did.

The war has been so drawn out that I th8ink he is trying not to draw it out too much more. but yeah I kinda would have to agree, but I think we will get a nice smooth transition to spiral zetsu after this next chapter because obito is involved in the next one and he might run into spiral zetsu as to wrap up that loose end.

Seriously I agree. There was no real build up to it. It wasn't even like a shocker moment or anything. It felt like Kishi read the complaints that nobody was dying so in the very next issue he just rolled the K11 dice and whoever it fell on would get offed. It turned out to be Neji.

Nah up until Madara returned to life the pace was actually very slow. I remember getting 2 straight chapters of building the SA's morale with Hashirama talking about his dream and some other shit.

Some things should be explained but nah it's not going too fast.

The Byakugan thing with Kaguya was kind of sudden. And I would have liked a more detailed background and flashbacks on the Sage and his family.

We will get more detailed story about them. Kishi is keeping the whole truth to the very last moments...

Right now, we're in the new arc called "Return of Madara". It hasn't even been 20 chapters since the start of this arc.

I know but I still would have liked the Sage's flashbacks to be longer than 2 chapters, even Kabuto had more.

I feel he may have rushed the Hidan and Kakuzu arc as well as the fourth war/edo tensei arc, but that's about it.

Kishimoto stated he cut out Hidan's backstories and full techniques because his editors and publishers were rushing him to hurry to the Itachi vs Sasuke arc.

And as far as the forth war goes, something felt off as so many formidable characters looked as if they were easily beaten or off-screened. Sasori, Deidara, the seven swordsmen of the mist, Hanzo, Chiyo, Kimimaro, the sound shinobi, Kakuzu, Mu, the forth Kazekage, the gold and silver brothers, etc.
