Scene shows Madara, Obito and Sakura in the kamui dimension with the former shooting a black rod.

Obito gets in the way and takes the hit in his stomack.
Sakura shocked: You!
Obito with weakened voice: It's okay Sakura, I won't fail for a second time.
Sakura runs towards Obito to heal him.
Obito: Sakura no!
Madara: Oh no you don't little girl! (As he quickly starts to regenates his body).
Madara uses Limbo and holds her in the air restricting all her movements. Sakura looks terrified.
Obito screaming in pain by the wound: Leave her, Madara, she's of no use to me, you only want me!
Obito is about to crash his rinnegan with his bare hand but suddenly he feels a weight in his stomack.
Obito in anger: Ahh! What did you just do to me?!
Madara with a calm yet sadistic voice: I keep my animal under control. Now, (he turns towars Sakura) no need to get so afraid, yet. (he stops the limbo and as she falls Madara comes fast from behind and immobilizes her by holding her from her neck.
Obito now has lost the control of his body but Black Zetsu forces him to stay up.
Obito starts smirking which slowly turns into a maniacal laughter.
Madara angered: What's so funny idiot?!
Obito now slowly stops laughing: I can't believe that you're such a coward Madara, Naruto and Sasuke must have given you a really hard time in order for you to resort to such cheap tricks. That's low even for you.
Now it's Madara's turn to smirk.
Madara: Obito, you know me better than this. I grew up in an era of wars and I learned one single thing: Everything is allowed in a war! (and after a look towards Sakura's struggling) and in love as well!
Sakura shocked by Madara's words tries to kick him and even though she doesn't manage to do anything other than to make him laugh, his grab loses its wrath, leaving her to stand face to face with him.
Madara: And now what little girl?
Sakura in tears in her eyes: Take this! (She punches him in his cheak) (What?!)
Madara's left completely unfazed by the attack and now he starts moving towards Sakura.
Sakura in awe starts to go backwards.
Sakura with a trembling voice: Don't come near me!
Madara with a serious tone now: You're even weaker than that old senju woman...pathetic!
Sakura now glares at him with anger but she doesn't dare to attack him.
Madara: What a weakling like you does with Naruto and Sasuke? I guess, not everyone can be perfect.
Sakura's anger along with her sadness are now obvious but she still doesn't make a move towards Madara.
Madara now enjoying his small talk: But at least you're not as stupid as your sensei, you know when to give up.
Obito annoyed: Just stop it already Madara! There is no reason for you to torture her!
Madara now with a smirk looks towards Obito: I guess you're right. After all, what I want is what belongs to me. (Madara starts to walk towards Obito, who can't move because of Black Zetsu's control, passing by the fallen Sakura).
Sakura now with a quick movement turns towards Madara: You can say whatever you want for me but don't you dare to put in your mouth the name of Lady Tsunade! ( She uses all her physical power empowered with chakra to land a powerful hit on Madara's back) Take this, as*hole!!!
Madara immediatey turns around and catches her hand in the air crashing the bones of her arm just with his raw power.
Madara now with a calm voice: Turns out that you're not as pathetic as her, you're even more stupid... and courageous.
Sakura looks in his eyes in full of fear and tries not to scream from the pain.
Obito angered now: Are you really that cold-hearted?!
Madara: As I said, it's a war and in a war everything is allowed.After all, this war is your doing, you should have known it first- hand, haven't you done terrible things as well Obito? Even to kill little innocent girls.
Obito now with a shocked face becomes incredibly furious and tries to overpower Black Zetsu's control: You bastard!!!
Madara with a sadistic voice, it seems you finally figured it out. In any case, (seeing Obito's struggle) it's futile. Don't try to move. The time of your death hasn't come yet, not before I say so. (turning now Sakura) You my girl will come with us. (Before Sakura does anything he grabs her from her head) Don't try to move too much. I don't want to kill you accidentally.
Obito tries to regain control of his body but to no avail.
Madara now turns to Obito: Say, Obito, do you now the famous saying?!
Obito now looks at him with curiosity.
Madara takes now full control of Obito's body: An eye for eye ( each one of them takes outs his rinnegan and sharingan, Obito and madara respectively), a tooth for a tooth( Madara regains his pair of rinnegan while Obito his pair of Sharingan), (Madara forces now Obito to use his Kamui to return the 3 of them in the real world).
Sasuke: There! ( Both of naruto and Sasuke try to attack them, while 3 of them are being Kamuied in between of them, but they're stopped by a dark-aura Susanoo). (Sasuke in his mind: Damn! I won't be able to use my technique for some time now!)
and Madara now with a triaphant face: and a life for a life! ( Now looking towards Naruto who is left completely shocked by the turn of the events) Your life in exchange for hers, what will be your decision Naruto!

P.S Since I saw that many of you don't believe that Sakura being taken hostage is likely to happen, I would like to point out one thing: Kushina, Konan, Rin, Karin, Hinata almost when she was kid, all of these heroines had fallen victims of abduction. Do you see the circle here? Sakura is the next one in the row.
