I have been doing some research and i have discovered some things that most possibly relate to The Juubi eye that Sasuke currently possesses. If you think about this carefully, Sasuke himself has had to go through most of these stages in order to obtain the unique rinengan eye.
Birth:

Sasuke's struggle to grow and impress his father and to become more like Itachi. Becoming of age and beginning to develop. It is a manga fact that learning the Katon gokakyuu is seen as a sign of the coming of age:

Kishimoto has made sure to add japanese mythology and Buddhist beliefs and gods names into his manga, hence why this will eventually all connect and make sense in the end. The cycle of life will continue but the cycle of war will end.
The fact that he is a re-incarnate also adds on to how this fate befell him instead of someone else
