This two shows have what are probably the best written characters in TV shows, and their dialogue is always amazing, especially Josiah has a presence around him that suits the role very well

Funny and I like the relationships between them

Scrubs - JD, Perry Cox, Elliot Reid, Chris Turk, Robert Kelso
Same as with Friends

Sherlock - Sherlock and Mycroft
Sherlock because he is sherlock and Mycroft because he is very powerful, also their characters in general

House - House and Wilson
The only reason I watched it past Season 3 is their friendship
