Was Kakashi Right? Was it Minato's Fault?

Now, I just watched the latest episode (FILLER ASFASFAFAADD, there, now you have no reason to rage.)
Kakashi makes a good point, if Minato had been a better Sensei, then none of this would've happened.
Now, don't get me wrong, Minato is my favorite character, but, if had been a slightly better Sensei, then the whole plot of the Naruto Manga would've never occured.

TIMELINE​

Spoiler

Minato lets his Genin squad go on a mission alone.
Iwra Shinobi kidnap Rin.
Boulder fodderizes Obito.
Fodder Obito falls into Gramps Madara's cave.
Fodder Obito mixed with Zetsu, no longer Fodder.
Minato is missing while Kakashi fodderizes Rin with Raikiri.
Obito awakens Mangekyo, fodderizes everyone minus Kakashi.
Madara dies, but leaves his will with Obito.
Obito gets all pissy and unleashes Kurama on Konoha.
Minato and Kushina get wrecked, while baby Naruto turns into Jinchuriki.
Everyone's all pissy at the Uchiha.
Danzo fodderizes Shisui.
Itachi fodderizes the Uchiha Clan.
Fast Foward couple of years, now emo Sasuke leaves Konoha, and finds Orochimaru.
Sasuke gets stronger, and a dying Itachi hopes Sasuke will protect Konoha.
Sasuke does the exact opposite, invades the 5 Kage Summit.
War.
Young Madara is back and fodderizes everyone.
Obito is almost dead.
Kakashi got fodderized by Madara.
Now Sakura's about to get fodderized.

All of that could've been avoided if Minato stabbed the Iwra Shinobi in the face.
..So, was it Minato's fault?

Its just a plot device to show that one of the fastest shinobi isnt able to save his subordinates.
In my opinion that shows some of Kishimotos great storywritting skills :O
It declares that that the most "perfect" ninja makes mistakes, Kakashi is just kind of mad.
