First, here is said that Sakura is a genjutsu type.
Now I will prove that Haruno clan exist. First we make reference to Uchiha clan.
As we knew, Sasuke has a symbol on his back which links him to his clan.
The other members who have the symbol have similar abilities as Sasuke.
The symbol shows that one is belong to a clan and the members have similar abilities.
Sakura also have a symbol in the exact place as Sasuke, and is a genjutsu type. If Sakura clan exist this means that them have the same symbol and are genjutsu users.
Now about Naruto.
After the power from Sage he has the Sakura clan symbol in his belly.
He never had it until power-up.
What do you think are the chances for Naruto to become a genjutsu type person and maybe is he a pseudo Sakura clan member?
Is TNJ a genjutsu-like ability?
