The first time Naruto attacked madara, without the cloak, he nearly killed him.... With a single swift move, that's when madara sated that quote where Naruto has gotten stronger. It was after that attack Naruto used magma infused Rasangun. Also when Naruto was in cloak form not only was he fight madara but also the power Limbo (which hasn't really been explained).

I get what you are trying to say about FTG, however it doesn't seem like you are getting what I am trying to say........ Minato's reaction speed far surpasses that of sasuke or any other character within Naruto give that short list that I have given in the previous page (which I added 2 more by the way). Also given that madara knows how FTG works GE should/would be able to counter it do you say. As for sasuke, madara has no idea what that power is/was therefore he can't counter act..... But what you don't seem to realize is that sasuke had to use this new power to close the gap between him and madara then proceed by cutting madara in half. The question would be asked again "if sasuke's new power up was FTG (which would e shown for the first time and unknown to anyone) wouldn't it have caused the same effect/damage if not more???

the first time naruto had attacked madara madara stated a 2 pages before he was attacked by naruto that he is nearly dead so thats why he couldn't block and he was fighting the power of limbo from the start but he dodged it the first time and madara was too incapacitated to move in time


@ bold pure assumption madara stated that if he got far enough sasuke wouldnt be able to use his ability then proceeded to say that sasuke is still very fast because he still caught up to him even though madara got far so its likely he didnt use any ability but his foot speed which we will have to wait for the next chapter to know for sure

You're comparing a Edo Minato to Madara, it's know that Edo's are weaker than when they're alive; we see a freshly revived Madara move faster than he ever did as an edo along with Hashirama saying Madara has his old powers back

. You said Naruto blocked because he didn't have time to move, that is incorrect; he blocked because he knew he could block it, we seen a KM Naruto evade A's fist inches from his face and the jutsu Madara used was lightning just like A's lightning armor.

Naruto's KM speed was compared to Minato's speed 2x (by Yamato/Bee and Tsunade/A/Bee) but was said to not handle it as well as Minato as stated by Yamato since he was still new to the power

but again, this power is new to Naruto so he only used his speed once more in BM when he saved Kakashi from Obito.

We have yet to see Naruto's speed, it should be faster than his BM since he have the Bijuus chakra plus the Sage's but since he doesn't I will place Sasuke above him since Sasuke can use his speed better than Naruto currently but put Minato over both since SM would further increase his base speed which is higher than even Tobirama (Tobirama said so) who was known as the fastest ninja as stated by Madara.

first off edo's were stated to be weaker not slower specially when it comes to ftg since you're still moving at the same speed from point A to point B , madara didnt move faster he just speed blitz naruto and sai who let their guard down, as for naruto's speed it is very inconsistent sometime he is that fast at other times he is slow clearly shown in the mangaa

we have seen naruto's speed which was when he tried to attack madara clearly failing as madara blocked him mid air and reacted to his speed just fine where as he couldn't react to sasuke's speed at all even though he saw him coming naruto's current speed "should" be faster than his BM but its not ,not from what he has showen in the last chapter sasuke currently has better speed than naruto and minato as explained by sir katakitsu here :

1. Who's fastest?
The main thing about what we got to see in this chapter raised the question if Sasuke is now the newest person to hold the title of "Fastest Shinobi" in the Narutoverse or if the old holders still are faster. From my point of view, our two main stars are somewhat equal in speed, though Minato has fallen below both of them. When you judge someone's speed you cannot simply look on how quickly they move around the battlefield, well you can but you will still need to look how they move. There are several types of "speed" that you will need to look at, the ones you will need to look at are: Overall speed, foot-speed and reaction time. How quickly the shinobi can move overall using any means, how quickly they can get around using their bodies and how quickly they can react to other's attacks and actions. This forms the complete overall speed of a shinobi.

Now, why do I say that Minato has fallen below both Sasuke and Naruto? Well its simple, lets first analyze Minato, shall we? His main movement choice is using the Flying Thunder God Jutsu to move around quickly, however this jutsu has a single drawback. That is that the user can only teleport to seals that are already been placed around, Minato ignored most of this drawback by making Kunai's with the seal but it still remains there. The fastest shinobi that Minato fought was Ay, the current Raikage. During their fight, we could see that Ay tried to guess where Minato would teleport to based on where his Kunai's were. If you can analyze that correctly, then you can beat Minato's teleportation fairly easily. Also note that his teleportation is instant, meaning that you cannot really be faster than it. Now, we still have two other things to analyze.

The next being Minato's movement speed on foot, he has shown to be able to close the gap between himself and his opponent in almost an instant. Though we don't have a lot of information on this. However, we've seen Minato as a Genin using his pure speed and him now as an Edo. Minato is no doubt fast, but one thing remain. He resorted to using the FTG against Ay because he wasn't able to dodge him without it. That means that Ay's footspeed is faster than Minato's but Minato can still move around quicker thanks to his FTG. Now we only have one more thing to analyze and that is his reaction speed. Minato has shown to have somewhat of a bad reaction speed compared to his overall speed with the FTG. When Obito snuck up behind him, he reacted fairly slow and was almost caught by Obito. Later we see that he wasn't quick enough to react to Obito's Bijuu Dama attack after he became the Juubi's Jin. We also saw that he wasn't able to to react to Madara's counterattack when Minato attacked him.

Minato is still remarkably quick in reaction time, but its probably where he is the slowest of them all. Now I have covered all the points for Minato, now I will use this information to analyze Sasuke and Naruto as one. I pointed out 3 enemies that Minato have fought, all of these are enemies that Naruto and Sasuke has also fought in the past and current. These three are Ay, Obito and Madara. So I will start with Sasuke, and Ay. During their fight, we saw that Sasuke was able to react to Ay's movements thanks to his Sharingan and he even was able to counterattack Ay a few times. However, Sasuke wasn't able to keep up with Ay's speed in footspeed. This means that Sasuke is about the same footspeed as Minato, however he has better reaction speed thanks to his Sharingan. His reaction speed was further shown when he blocked and defended against Obito's Bijuu balls and when he countered Madara in the newest chapter.

That are a total of 3 places where Sasuke's reaction speed beats Minato's reaction speed. So that leaves us only with Sasuke's overall speed in battle. Which from the latest chapter it seems like he is teleporting or switching places with objects in the same manner as FTG. However, Sasuke doesn't have the drawback that Minato has and seems to be able to switch places with whatever he wishes. Meaning that there is no knowing where he will teleport to. Combine that with the fact that he doesn't need to throw a Kunai and wait for it to reach its destination makes Sasuke quicker with the teleportation than Minato, however only slightly.

Madara couldn't dream of being as fast as Sasuke at this point. If everything we've observed and speculated at this point is indeed true, along with the space/time and/or overall quickness and agility, Sasuke is the fastest shinobi to ever live.

I don't know why people are disagreeing. And those insulting the op just show they have no argument. The feats are there for all to see. Minato went up against madara using ftg but madara easily reacted, he cut his arm and kicked him away which shows madara didn't even break a sweat, he easily reacted and countered minato with mininmal effort. On the other hand sasuke wiith his footspeed caught up to him first(which is dope considering madara is super fast, as juubi jin), madara turned and saw sasuke, remarked how fast he ws and then was bisected before he could even defend himself. Add the fact that sasuke with his teleportic rinnegan ability trolled madara twice, dodged his lightning attack leaving madara puzzled, he couldn't track the guy. This is the same madara who reacted to tobirama ftg blitz and fodderized him, same madara who was able to block some of 8 gate guys attacks, yet he couldn't track sasukes movvement and later on couldn't rreact to his strike and got chopped in fact. Ssasukes footspeed combined with his own form of teleportation ability should put him above minato as the manga has shown. Feats are feats. For those saying madara stopped afta taking kakashis eye urrm no he didn't, he took the eye while on the move.

Well if you noticed that , It is clear that Madara do have time to counter. But he didn't in last panel. Most probably coz shadow Madara was sealed by Naruto and so he wasn't able to use limbo.
So I will say Sasuke is almost as fast as Naruto and Minato, But not faster

You can't conclude that Sasuke is faster than Naruto because Madara couldn't react to Naruto with anything other than Limbo, which was sealed by Naruto when Sasuke sliced Madara.

Sasuke didn't stab madara he switched places with the sword and when he sliced through Madara Naruto told him to go and that he would handle the limbo shadow.

1)Why dodge if you dont have too? Naruto's reaction time is fast enough to recognize what type of jutsu he is using and throw a pole to negate it before it gets anywhere near him. How is he forced to do anything?

2)Its looks more like Madara is forced to use limbo whenever Naruto is in his vicinity. I dont think he can handle Naruto's speed either.

3)If you read the thread in the link you would understand why Sasuke slicing Madara in half in no real feat. Its pretty much the equivalent to Naruto attacking him while he's healing.

How come someone only have half SOP power (Sasuke/Naruto) can be better than someone have a couples of concoction power like Madara (Rinnegan/SOP (Indra+Ashura) + God Sage Art (Hashirama) + Juubi + Holy Tree).. Come on now, Minato was an Edo Tensei. He only have like 90% of his full power at most. And only had one arm, that was holding a Rasengan during his failed attempt against Madara. I'm sure that if he had another arm, he would've been able to use FTG to avoid Madara counter attack.

Now it don't matter, Sasuke received so many power up, it's only logical that he is able to cut Madara.

To me, Minato is the fastest original character, that didn't need powerups from others to be up there, and that's all it matter.

I hate to say this, but sasuke is indeed faster than Minato. Minato is totally undewhelming in this war, he looks like a joke to me, this is why I tell everyone that bringing back the kages would ruin and lose their reputation of the title of a Hokage and debunk of their greatness.

hello first and for most this thread is backed up by manga scans it contains no bs so make sure you're jimmies don't get rustled

first off minato i am not talking about him using ftg i am talking about his speed the speed he used against juubi madara that backfired at him :

now you(naruto fanboy) might say ohh but dude naruto was able to keep up with madara in his base form .. uhhh yeah no the reason he kept up with him is because of he was nearly killed by guy which is stated by madara himself :

and naruto literally attacked him 3 pages after this which is no time for him to recover and madara after absorbing the tree and recovering was able to block naruto's attack just fine when naruto was in his sinjutsu cloak :

in sasuke's case he was able to first : evade madara's lightening attack where as naruto just blocked it because he had no time to get out of its way

second time madara tried attacking sasuke and taking his rennigan what happened ? sasuke was too fast and madara ended up taking a sword through him

and the third time madara even fled and sasuke was able to catch up to him and slice him in half madara literally had no time to block or counter sasuke's attack like he did with minato or naruto because sasuke was too fast

so there you have it its proven by feats and manga scans that sasuke is the fastesteven if that's the ability of his rennigan the fact of the matter is he is the fastes between the trio if you disagree that show me scans don't feed me bs like oh its plot or kishi wanted to sasuke too show off his techs or the best one naruto is the name of the manga lel thanks and hope you enjoyed the read.
