Why does the filler show us same thing again?

Why does it repeat the same time all over again? Like the the next episode where Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura fighting him by taking the bells from Kakashi, but haven't we seen it from the start?

Well, it was worth to see Minato again, but this filler just repeat the same thing everytime.

There also delaying the end so they can try to catch up with the manga it works out in the long run. Besides the series is almost over then one day you will be wanting more fillers or movies since there will be no more new content.
