Why Can't Kishi Make Sasuke Look Good without Nerfing Naruto?

So far, all Kishi's done is make Naruto look like a retard while making sasuke look good. Aside from the silly comments made by Naruto in chapter 674 and forgetting Shukaku's name.
He then makes Naruto tell Sasuke to go after Madara, when he himself could bltz Madara, thereby implying Sasuke is faster.
Has he forgotten Naruto did this?:-

IMO, with that speed, Naruto sends madara flying 10miles before he stretches his hand towards Kakashi.

7 mere biju's can't be compared to a Godlike Juubi jin, Naruto is not on Madara's level yet. Sasuke was always doing the hard things, and it'll stay like that.
