There are not much information that the manga can provide therefore I'm making assumptions. The Sharingan can copy techniques as long as the user has the necessary skill or ability to perform them. Although this prevents them from copying KG techs, we are talking about a main character with Sharinnegan here. An advance form of Rinnegan.

they keep saying its speed but did sasukes sword grow legs and super jump into madaras chest? no sasuke teleported it there with ftg and teleported himself where his sword was. idk why this seems so farfetched

Really? Do you know how limbo works at all? He creates a shadow of himself like a kage bunshin which does all the fighting but later on what ever damage caused to the shadow comes back to the real madara! Sasuke stabbed the shadow then when madara came back to his body he was stabbed. No speed was required!

That's why I'm saying that it's Limbo with S/T tech. More like an advance type of Limbo.

Sasuke eyes now can manipulate the position of all object within his Rinnengan vision.
It's more faster and effective than ftg but the distance is limited only within vision.

Note that he can't teleport to madara battle field, and depend of 2nd hokage ftg. It's because the battle field is outside within his eye sight.
