Can Sakura hold her grounds against a half Madara?

No, Not because I think Sakura is fodder or anything like that but seriously. 5 Kage couldn't do anything to Edo Madara without juubi and shinju. 8 gates guy didn't win. Sakura can't win in a battle against Madara. Someone saving her technically isn't holding her ground. I think she'll be saved. There's nothinn wrong with being saved. She saves other chars a lot too, just in a different way so I think she's made up for all the times she's had to be saved. I did want her to die because she took so long to just stab the rinnengan. Sometimes she does stupid stuff like trying to kill Sasuke on her own. That really made me want her to die. But overall, I don't mind if she lives. I don't mind if she dies.

before leaving Tsunade to aid in saving Naruto's life , Sakura specifically told her "I'm low on Medical Ninjitsu Chakra", which means she still has plenty of regular Chakra to defend herself in a battle and activate "Genesis Rebirth" if the situation became that desperate.

First of all its been specifically stated that Tsunade has not been efficient in the utilisation of her Chakra, she wastes a portion of it to maintain her youth and Beauty.

Secondly Tsunade was also healing the other Kage's and Sakura has only herself and Obito/Black Zetsu hybrid to look out for.

It takes Tsunade a few days of eating,sleeping and drinking to get back in health. Tsunade was in a coma for days maybe a month. Sakura would be in a coma for years.

It took her three years to master the technique, the technique involves extreme chakra precision at one spot, and only she and Tsunade can employ it in battle.

And about the time it took her to master it, we'll atleast she managed to master it when others like Shizune have failed.

Sakura's high level chakra control and more efficient use of the seal will ensure she can refill it in a reasonable amount of time.

But at the moment that's irrelevant, the question will she have to use it against the Madara confrontation

Well, if the Tree gave Madara the eyes,then Kaguya may show up to give Her great,Great,great,great Granddaughter Hinata a power up to even it up so that Naruto,Hinata and Sasuke not only end Madara but Unite the Uchiha,Senju,Uzumaki and Hyuga Clans.
