Most American shows have mainly American characters (of course there are characters from minorities. Shows have to do that nowadays). Japanese shows have Japanese characters (occasionally minorities/other races). There's nothing wrong with appealing to a certain demographic.

Killer B...all the people from the Cloud Village....come to think of it, I've never seen any minorities in the leaf village. The Uchiha's were pale though, you could call them the albino minority of the population.

The cloud village isn't a minority, they just aren't white people. The manga and anime show basically either Asian Caucasian or African American people, so what minority are you referring too?

Based on the total population of all five nations. In their own village they are the majority though. Hopefully that made sense.

The word minority is only relative to the location. Colored people are not a minority world wide.

If you go to africa, the minority are white people. IF you go to Europe it's the other way around.

The reason most anime characters look the way they do is because japan is traditionally a patriotic and nationalistic culture. .

but there are lots of animes that have multiracial cast of characters, even naruto for example has different races and species almost. Kisame being a fish, and the cloud village being mostly black
