now kakashi don't have sharingan so he is just an ordinary ninja.
So kakashi can't use chidori also because it needs sharingan to see properly
similarly kakshi can't copy any jutsu now
kakashi can't use kamui + other sharingan ability
since kakashi's whole fighting skill depends on sharingan so without sharingan kakashi can only use small scale jutsu.

I am really sad that Mighty Gai has advanced upto top 10-15 ninja while kakashi has fallen down to mere top 30-40 powerful ninja.
