He still has far more destructive power.
Having more destructive power doesn't determine a fight.
One bomb from him is continent level, which no defense in the entire manga except Obito's can take it.
Why must tanking always be the answer? A kunai can kill a ninja, but that doesn't mean it will kill a ninja. Sasuke was ready to avoid that attack with a simple summoning technique. Now he has one of the best utility techniques we've seen in the entire manga.
Cutting him in half is no solution if Obito can easily regenerate the destroyed parts.
It is a very easy solution. Like you just pointed out to slimreaper, Obito wasn't bisected previously. That was due to a lack of Senjutsu. Now Sasuke can actually bisect him. And we've seen what happens when Obito takes real damage. He needs

. Now if he thought he couldn't afford to be reckless from that type of damage, then getting diced up by Sasuke would absolutely wreck him.
He'd have no means to neither combat him in terms of destruction power
He'd already done that in his EMS days just a few chapters ago.
nor be able to survive his continent level attacks.
He could escape the barrier if Obito tries to set one up. Actually, he could easily escape this. Obito had to resort to a barrier just to make sure no one could escape. If he doesn't make a barrier, Sasuke easily escapes. If he does make a barrier, Sasuke displaces himself out of it.
Either way, Obito becomes mince meat.
I just cannot say Sasuke wins because he lacks destructive feats...
Destructive feats aren't necessary. Did you not just see what he did to Madara? A simple sword can become a terrible instrument if destruction in his hands. His Raiton gives him any fire power he needs.
Also he has no counter for Juubidama...
He had a counter before the power-up.
