3 - Only Kishi knows. I think he'll open a third eye since like the sage he has two rinnegan and only with the two eyes he's able to bring out "their true potencial".

4 - She's definetly not gonna die. What would be the point? She has to surpass Tsunade first.
She's not going to be traped, that's for sure, but i'm sure Madara will get what he wants. How will she escape after that? Wait until next week.
