This isn't anything super special or unknown but we all know the Omyoudon is a nature combination of at least 4 (Possibly all 5) chakra natures. Naruto now has that, so does that mean he can mix all 5 base natures together, PLUS use the elements the bijuu have? If so that would give him crazy versatility in a fight. I'd like to know what you guys think, please leave comments below.

I think it is difficult to manipulate different types of chakra all at a time. Till now, Naruto has shown to handle two chakra natures at a time efficiently.

Well actually the truth seeking balls around Naruto (which Madara and Obito had) are comprised of all 4 element types and nature energy too. They are malleable and Naruto can use them as he pleases. So technically he is manipulating the different chakra types at once.

Naruto can literally do whatever he wants in terms of elements. He can combine the elements like Hagoromo and Madara to use every combination there is.

This rasengan are unique. The normal rasengan is just incomplete technique based on shape manipulation. So they are complete new jutsus and not just a rasengan variant.
Rasengan- odama rasengan, planatery rasengan are variants, because they are created in the same way.

Futon Rasenshurkien are complete technique : It combined elemental and shape manipulation.

Sage Are yoton Rasenshuriken is new technique as well.
And even Jition Rasengan.

Manipulating doesn't mean using what is already there.
Those balls (if made of 4 chakra natures) are already present and Naruto just has to wave around with it.
And if thats your logic, Obito didn't use any specific chakra nature( apart from fire). And still he used the gedoudama.
What I am saying is that he can't mix any combination of chakra by his own will.
