Dude, even with Hashi's healing ability, an eye is a complicated piece of organic equipment that needs to be connected carefully to the eye socket and the ocular nerves and so forth. It's not a damn lego piece, even if Madara treats it like one. I guess Juubi Jin Madara gets Mr. Potato Head powers.

madara regenated half of his upper body and face in a matter of seconds, tsunade who had the same healing ability as hashirama healed her organs that were pierced with madz susano'o sword in just a second, combine those two and you get op healing

The eye probably 'connects' at a waaay faster rate than usual due to Madara's regenerative powers. He freakin regenerated almost half body back when Gai used his final technique on him. I really don't know why people are being so annoying and whiny about this.

All the insane Bone-Claw Wolverine-style healing factor in the world still shouldn't allow you to use other people's body parts like K-Nex, but I get it, Madara needs plot powers to be able to get to the Kamui dimension without causing gigantic plot holes. Hence, steal Kakashi's eye!

Madara has Hashirama's clone and the juubi, he doesn't require long term healing for his eye to work.
