He went through the whole marineford war unharmed - in the war he also stopped Jozu (essentially defeated him) with ease and made Jozu attack his own crew.

So what level do you think he's on?

I think he would have given Ao Kiji a run for his money. He's clearly above Jozu who managed to harm Ao Kiji somewhat.

I'd put Doflamingo on par or just below Admirals. What about you guys?

But yeah I always thought he was admiral level or at very least slightly under them
