Kakashi May not be that great now

Many, including myself, have stated that Kakashi could still excel as a ninja w/o his sharingan but I've recently realized this May not be true.
He was able to copy over a thousand jutsu due to the sharingan. It can copy and memorize any jutsu and the hand seals etc.
will kakashi still be able to use these jutsu? How could he possibly remember them all?

Kakashi can't use chidori or raikiri anymore as well. It requires the Sharingan otherwise its dangerous to run in a straight line or something like that.

But he only remembered the copied jutsu because of the sharingan. He's definitely not going to remember all of them especially since he used the sharingan to "remember" them in the first place. And on top of that, He's most likely only performed most of the thousand jutsu only once.

Unless he gets his power up, probably not. A lot of his jutsu were used with the sharingan, since he was the copy ninja , so who knows. I hope he isn't going to end up being fodderized
