He just wanted his eye so that he could jump dimensions and get his rinnegan. He'll probably throw it away after he takes his rinne and jump back to the real dimension.

It seems like Madara was about to kill Kakashi, but I am pretty sure that Madara's plan was to use Kamui to Obito's dimension, however in other words, he could at least kill him.

So by that.... If Madara takes his eye back, then he can just Kamui back to the real world and take out Kakashi's eye and places his eye back?

thats a possibility however the tree is still the juubi essentially.. and the juubi cannot transcend dimensions..

I know, but as for now, then I think Madara's limbo are also part of his own dimension, maybe he could travel to Kamui world?
