Hello, so I have read through chapter 674 quite a lot and people seem to be pointing towards Sasuke being faster than Naruto. This could well be the case, but there a couple of panels that really said otheriwse for me. Note: If Sasuke is faster, then he is faster and I applaud him for his speed feat.

Here we see Naruto and Sasuke attacking/making contact with Madara at the exact same time. What this indicates to me is that they are the same speed/equal just like it was always meant to be between the two.

In this picture Naruto says he will stop the Limbo Madara, while Sasuke will go for the Madara targetting Kakashi(Poor kakashi). This does not mean Sasuke it faster, because Naruto wasn't going after the same Madara Sasuke was going for. Therefore, it can't be proven that Sasuke has better speed. I think they are equal in speed until a chapter proves me wrong.

Hopefully this clears up some misconception. For now we can't really say who is faster, because they weren't going after the same Madara in the first place. ​

What happened was that Naruto was sealing the other Madara...Sasuke was trying to use his s/t jutsu but it had an unknown range so Sasuke had to catch up to him.

In 1st scan it kinda seems to me as if sasuke teleported madara there, hence he said to naruto to aim at him.

In 2nd scan naruto kinda admits sasuke being faster thus sends him after madara, if naruto could catch madara i dont think sasuke would mind, on the contrary he would even force him.

Actually I don't think they reached Madara at the same time. Sasuke tells Naruto to aim his rasengan at himself and when he does that Sasuke uses his new rinnegan s/t jutsu to transport Madara right in front of their attacks. So that scene didn't really depict anyone's speed..just Sasukes epic new powers.

You're right about speed though, we won't know who's faster until they show it in the manga.

I think Naruto sent Sasuke to get the other Madara because Naruto is currently sealing the Limbo Madara (it might take some time).

Rep up I dont know how to post pics but if I did I would have put this up to . The one time they went for him together they were st him at the same time how do you claim to be faster then someone when you and him hit the finish line at the same time. 7th for posting this they are equal at speed for the moment thay we know off. Like I said in my last post some not all sasuke fan boys like to leave out alot of things instead of realizing things

Naruto doesn't admit anything of the sort.. He just told Sasuke to target the other Madara, while he had to handle the one in limbo. Naruto could have done the same I think, if Sasuke was the one targeting the limbo Madara. ​

Naruto doesn't admit anything of the sort.. He just told Sasuke to target the other Madara, while he had to handle the one in limbo. Naruto could have done the same I think, if Sasuke was the one targeting the limbo Madara. ​

I think that sasuke would send naruto if he viewed him to be faster. He too could deal with limbo madara.
It pretty clear who has covered most distance in this chapter...just saying

This seems pretty plausible to me. Madara seemed to allude to Sasuke's porting/speed ability being something to do with his eye. So at the moment we really can't tell whats going on. Sasuke chopping through Madara was awesome as f**k though.

Yeah but that doesn't mean Sasuke is faster. It just means Naruto knew Sasuke was fast enough to get to Madara before he killed Kakashi. Though in the end Madara did get what he wanted. ​

Your statement actually proves Naruto May be faster.
If sasuke did what you said and naruto still got to them in enough time so they could attack maddy simultaneously then his speed must be tremendous as sasuke was nowhere near him b/c he moved when maddy shot that lightning at them.
And as for the second part, naruto was taking care of limbo Madara. Most likely sealing him or holding him off ( sasuke already stated physical attacks didn't work on him and naruto could possibly hit the limbo maddy someway with his power up)

Sealing technique was preference but not must, with senjutsu and chidori numbing effect sasuke could perfectly incapacitate and chop limpo madara to pieces, burn with senjutsu enton if must.

But that would require more time to do and won't guarantee that Limbo Madara wouldn't return. Plus the senjutsu enton would require Naruto to be there, so who exactly would be going after the Madara targetting Kakashi? ​
