Um the one who actually did damage? Apparently being sliced in half did not faze him in the least, he went straight into kamui land before Sasuke could blink where as we saw Sasuke confirm that Naruto hurt maddy's arm, not even trying to hate.

Getting cut in half does more damage than getting a bruise, Madara's Limbo clone probably didn't heal the wound because it isn't able to heal like the real Madara. The real Madara will heal from being cut in half, thats for certain, but if it was anyone other than Madara then they would have been dead. If Naruto his anyone other than Madara then they may have lost and arm and gotten damaged a little in the torso.

Overall, Sasuke's attack was more lethal and he aimed better with it. ( Not to mention that Sasuke caught up with Madara, which is a pretty good feat in itself. He even made Madara comment his speed, which again should be see with some value. ) To answer your original question, Sasuke was the one to actually deal damage to Madara. Naruto only dealt damage to the Limbo clone, which isn't even any physical damage to Madara at all.

If Sasuke is indeed able to switch places between objects, then he could easily have avoided that attack. ( That is logical. )
