So I was watching some Dragon Ball Z kai,around the time when goku transformed into a super sayian.The fight was flashy and all but Freiza was super entertaining with the cocktail comments and when he was losing he's patients.The psychotic and maniacal laughs were amazing so why doesn't naruto villains have these aspects.
