If Obito lives...

If Obito somehow manages to live the war (I doubt he will but you never know with Naruto's new powers), what do you think he will do?

My theory is that instead of going to jail he will create another independent organization. But instead of being a criminal organization trying to collect the tailed beasts (like Akatsuki), the organization's primary objective is to help NV by assisting in restoring all damage done by the Akatsuki and the 4th ninja war. Also they do jobs to take out criminals from the bingo books and other criminal organizations.

All the members, like Obito, are seeking redemption for the crimes and atrocities they committed in their pasts and remain in the organization for life. Kabuto could be part of it too for example.

Thanks! Yeah he's apparently supposed to..but then again Gai was supposed to have died after using 8th gate. Who knows. If he dies however, I don't think he is done enough to redeem himself for his crimes. Even Kakashi says dying is the easy way out.

How does one amend for killing the fourth hokage, the jinchuriki, causing the nine tails to destroy the life village and don't know the Uchiha massacre talk less of all the other sh*t he done dude needs to die

Haha if it does happen probably Kabuto will be part of it. Who knows whats going through Orochimaru's head anyway. Sasuke is kinda redeeming himself from fighting Madara so I don't think he will be part of it. Not to mention his crimes pale in comparison to Obito and Kabuto. Same with his team.

Even Kakashi told him he wants him to live and redeem himself, rather than just die (seems like the easy way out with no redemption). If he still remained evil, I agree with your comment and obviously there is no other choice other than to kill him. However now that he is good, he needs some sort of redemption..don't you agree?

Totally agree. If he lives, I'd like to see him reform Akatsuki which becomes the new Root/Foundation that is dedicated to helping all villages from the shadows, just without evil stuff Lol

I'd like to see it, I just don't see him becoming a hermit and going around telling tales and stuff at least, though I suppose it is possible
