Are Naruto and Sasuke Equal in Power now?

At this point, I actually think Sasuke has caught up to Naruto.
Sasuke has (to me) the ultimate Doujutsu, it's defiantly better than a rinnegan.
Since only Hagoromo, Kaguya, and the Juubi only had one, I'm guessing it's the all mighty eye.
Even VIZ calls it the One-Eyed-Rinnegan, so it's 2 in one.
Also, Sasuke still has his EMS too, so make that 2 rinnegan and an EMS.
To prove this also, Indra's eyes are weaker than the One-Eyed-Rinnegan and Asura and him killed each other at that level.
If Sasuke obtains His Stabilized Perfect Susanoo, I think he would surpass Naruto. What are your thoughts?

And how do you know this? I could just as easily say that because sasukes new eye is directly from kaguya that hes stronger. Thats more factual than this tailed beasts stuff people keep saying.
