naruto storm 3 cant block attacks ? ps3 help

for some reason i couldnt been able to block my attacks in naruto storm 3, for example when im playing online, im fighting with someone soon as i try to attack him, he blocks my attacks and appears right behind me, and starts beating me up, while there is nothing i can do. its just script after script and i cant do anything there is no counter attacks, or any proper dodging system coming, i start to feel like the whole game has very little dynamic in it
even a dbz mugen from 2008 was much more realistic than some naruto game which developers who were behind it had zero passion developing it. to make it seem more fun and actually take skill to play.

i don't like the limited substitution system that was implemented in storm generations either. it took way more skill for the timed substitutions in storm 1 and 2. now guys just chakra dash relentlessly until your substitutions are gone and game over.

Honestly if got beat like that you should give up on the storm series because even though its not a complex system you have to have skill to play...its high speed chess and when it worked on you the first 2 times the guy probably realized you didnt know how to fight back and just kept doing it to you

i hate when people just chakra dash until you lose substitution. they should make it a timing thing like the old dbz.

What if you run out?

It takes around 10 seconds for them to recharge. Mind you I mean ten in game seconds, which one second is around 2-3 seconds, so about 15-30 seconds.

I can't stand substitutions.. I played Storm 3 with my friends a bit back and they would keep spamming it. At first I was cool with it, since they were newbies. But once they got better they just kept up with it. It took away from the integrity of the fights and just led to a spam fest. I wish they would make it much more limited again.

Considering you get four subs, and they take 20 seconds to refill, you can't "spam" subs. You sound awful.

Chakra dashing is frustating but for every cheap tactic there is a cheap counter. Has anyone ever tried simply jumping to the left or right at the last second? It takes proper timing but it totally works and leaves your opponent vunerable.

The sub meter goes up faster if they're getting hit to balance the game. If I've played? I'm in the top 400 in ranked match. I used to be higher but I stopped playing for awhile.

Your sub bar fill back up a lil quicker when your taking damage not much though

Exactly. So with that they can go back to using it much more often. Maybe not spamming, but a real overuse. Kinda takes away from the fight, in my opinion.
