Neji's speed becomes important when he's using his techniques like rotation. I highly doubt that Tsunade will pass through the rotation and Neji's field of vision. Going in close combat with him makes no sense at all.

She needs to aim for the ground beneath Neji to cause maximum destruction. Neji won't be able to protect himself against that. And from that point, she can further go into close combat.

Its a seal, its not part of the bodies chakra network. Its a reserve on its own.

I understand that Kuruma is its own entity and that his chakra is stronger than normal chakra but its still chakra. Like A has strong chakra like a Bijuu as well as Kisame.

You are not explaining why Kuruma's chakra does this, you are just saying it does it because it does. I explained the ways it could have opened them and then explained the yin seal could do the same, either pushing it open with enough chakra or it being healed.

Hinata was dying and the only way to have stabilized her was mystical palm, they were not going to open her up to do surgery. To use mystical palm the tenkestu has to be open but Neji closed her's off, so those medics must have opened them to save her.

Again there is a reason why Ay and Kisame still wouldn't break it. Its like genjutsu you need someone or something to break you out of it. Either an interior power source or an exterior med expert. It can not be the user to heal themseves because they are pouring their own chakra back in regardless. So despite how powerful their chakra is they still may not be able to break free without a secondary source however since Ay's chakra is Biju power level its possible 64 palms wouldn't work on him anyway because of that (Kisame has the amount of chakra a biju has not the chakra quality)

Tsunade can win just by breaking the ground under Neji. Neji has no long range jutsu so he will be beaten up badly. Neji is not Rock Lee, his foot speed is nothing special

He wont be spinning like a fool for the sake of it he only spins if her punches are close enough to him. Neji is capable of spinning when the fist is just a couple inches away from him.

I dont even know where she got a couple meters from because even if it was and neji evaded it, that only increases the fact that neji was able to evade a high speed arrow at close range. He shot himself in the foot by even saying that.

If not then all tsunade has to do is to stay a certain distance away from neji...Not too close as to get hit from it, but not far enough to attack as soon as he is done...Neji is a humanoid with chakra and he has but so much chakra and since he is smart he will figure out that staying inside the rotation will not hit tsunade while she is in a "Safe" position. The instant he lets done his guard Tsunade rushes in and flicks him in the face like on NUNS 2-3 games throwing neji like a ragdol leaving him with a dent in the head and a concussion...Or something like that...(Akamaru barks)Yeah...

Kuruma's has special properties just like the third kazekage, Sasori used his chakra to use the magnet release, all chakra's can be special. There shouldnt be anything special in Kuruma's chakra that opens the points.

Yet there is and it should be fairly obvious. Its power is clearly shown in Valley of the end and in war arc. It power upgrades that of normal chakra. That is a explicit demonstration that it is superior to normal chakra.
