I think the strongest is that old hero with the passive skill that does 6 times normal damage/40% evasion with reincarnation, global blink (can warp himself anywhere in the map), and illusions.

In older versions, there are some heroes with ridiculously powerful skills.

Disabling for 15 seconds.

Stealth Assassin with Death Ward.

Purist with 450% increased attack when an ally dies.

Etc.

I saw all those in a thread last night about some old heroes.
They all possess broken skills. lmao

Essentially this. Sure, there are heroes that have ridiculous kit compared to others (god, Phantom Assassin and Tinker split push PLS) but it's definitely the player that makes them strong. I still remember this one game I lost not long ago because some godly Clockwork kept trapping our entire team in his crap, dear Lord, was hell of a battle.
