-Dust Release is not a Genetic Technique-

So since Dust release was said to be Kekkei Tota people been going ape shit saying that it's not possible to learn because of the simple fact that it's genetic and beyond hard to do. But I got news for ya, it's not genetic considering the fact that Onoki was able to learn it. Anyone who is advance can master the Chakra Natures and then begin the process of learning to mix them to make Dust release, which might take a lifetime but it's still possible. The technique was said to been pass down to Onoki, which concludes it's not Genetic.

I don't believe there's any definitive proof that it's not genetic. Neither Onoki nor Mu's family or clan names are known and both are from the same village. They could be related for all we know.

Whether you are sure or not is subjective because you have nothing to validate it.

Just because you subjectively believe they aren't related doesn't mean they aren't. They being from the same village, Oonoki becoming his apprentice and also becoming a kage himself is valid data rather than you just stating you are sure they are not releated.

I agree, those who say Dust Release is genetic have no proof. Mu probably taught ononki how to use jinton. If you have fire, wind and earth nature you can combine all three to use jinton

Naruto should be able to learn jinton now
