& that's right after Madara 'absorbed' the {Holy Tree/Juubi/Kaguya}.

I think Kaguya is letting Madara use her Powers. Or gave it to him/borrowed, just like the Sage did to Naruto & Sasuke.

Although i do believe Kaguya is inside Madara the lighnting could be Madara's own attack. Afterall he does have the rinnegan which gives you access to all 5 elements
