So as you seen in the manga, Naruto is on another level when it comes to power. If I was to describe his power up it'll be close to God. If Naruto does indeed become Hokage he'll be the strongest out of all of them. His peers are in disbelieve of how strong Naruto is. Since Naruto is this strong it'll be hard to not be afraid of him as a shinobi or civilian. Too much power can be dangerous and might just scare people to even come close to you. People might treat him with respect but out of fear. Elders, Fuedal Lords, Mentors, Peers and other Kages might not want to piss off Naruto lol.
