But the current chapter says that when Madara uses Limbo, physical attacks has no effect on Madara in the real world.

Limbo is clearly a Rinnegan tech given the fact that another "Rinnegan" was able to see it and also the fact that only "Sage's power" can work against it.

Also the reason why Madara didn't use Limbo against Obito now has become clear, Madara was afraid that Obito could see the shadow Madara or use a Limbo of his own.

Lastly, Madara never had any self Jikukan Ninjutsu, the "fake" Madara however wielded the greatest s/t even i.e. Kamui U_U

Madara was pumped on Hashirama's Sage Mode, we know that SM Naruto manhandled Kurama, same thing happened, the shadow Madara manhandled all the bijjus because well he had SM powers U_U

This page says something else. Sasuke is viewing the Limbo world through his Sharingan. But Madara is talking about Rinnegan. Though Sasuke's Rinnegan has Sharingan's tomoe as well.

Madara never actually fought against Obito and was not intended to help Obito. Remember, Obito said that Madara needs him and hence Madara said like " Do whatever you want, I'll just watch what you're doing "?

Madara had S/T ninjutsu. When Obito VS Minato happened in Konoha, Minato identified Obito as Uchiha Madara because of S/T ninjutsu.

That's how the Manga is showing currently without any proper explanation.
But it's a possibility. And you can't say confidently it's rinnegan technique when it's not actually well explained at least after the current spoilers.

Yeah he said that he should not use Limbo while Obito has RInnegan. But did you read the statements in his previous panels?
Similarly That statement can be interpreted as, " Obito can see through his Limbo with Rinnegan " AND " Obito and Kakashi might see his Limbo through his Sharingan and hence it would be risky because he has MY Rinnegan. ". Remember if Madara uses Limbo to take away his rinnegan and Obito or Kakashi notices through their Sharingan, Obito might use his intangibility technique to avoid Another Madara.
