Judging by the spoilers, seems like he just had the kunai in his mouth to show off. Anyone think there was any significance to Naruto dropping the kunai? I think I remember something about minato being able to sense when his kunai are thrown??

I figured it was just a mark so that sasuke could turn up. Didn't tobirama say that he mixed his ftg with minatos? Maybe naruto knew this and was just waiting for sasuke to show up. Since he put it in his mouth he has had the black staves in his hands so he just held into it I guess. Looks like he dropped it now though.
