On the pic Madara says there may be another connection between him and Sasuke besides both being an Uchiha. Is he unaware that he back then was Indra's reincarnation? Plus, he suggest that it's because of this "link" that they both awakened this "Straight Tomoe".

On the other hand:

When he attacked the Bijuu with Limbo, he also claimed "Hengoku" (Altough Hengoku in Japanese is Limbo itself). Did he first casted this other self to the Limbo dimension and used the "Hengoku" jutsu to attack the Bijuu inside?

That' one of the reasons I think there should have been a fight between naruto BSM and/or sasuke and alive madara. This way, we would've understood better some rinnegan techniques, see more of madara's PS, his techs, etc.

IDK about "renga" but Limbo and Rinbo:Hengoku are the same technique. The problem is with how to translate it. Limbo and Rinbo are actually the same word, "Rinbo" is just how you would transliterate "limbo" from english to Japanese. The technique's literal name is "Limbo:Limbo" because Hengoku is the proper way to say Limbo in Japanese.

SO to the point, some people prefer to say it and translate it as Limbo, but others prefer to have it be literally/directly translated to Rinbo.

well we never got confirmation either way if he knew about indra or not. he could have known, but it's unlikely that the sage spoke to him, so i don't know.

i think the limbo is an advanced kage bunshin.. and invisible one. so he makes a clone, the invisible clone which goes out in the middle of the bijuus. the invisible clone then attacks.. sort a reverese shinra tensei tech.
