I could swear that the Byakugan was white, could you show me a color panel where it shows that its clearly light blue? Also, Sasuke visual prowess probably has the potential of surpassing Hagoromo's. However, Sasuke doesn't have the Yang capabilities of Hagoromo.

The 9 Tomoe and Rinnegan are as far as we know identical to each other than the actual tomoes. Over generations, family lineage may change in the forms of looks, hair color etc. Kaguya didn't have children with a man who was identical to her. In other words, she didn't have children with a man who also had the Juubi's eye as that doesn't make sense really. When she gave birth, her children was born with the Rinnegan. Which most likely comes from the Juubi's eye with a combination of the Byakugan. There are two reasons I say this, for starters the Juubi's eye looks alot like the Rinnegan but only missing a single trait. ( Something that may change over a single generation ) The next thing is the color of the Rinnegan. Also, Kaguya had both the Visual prowess of the Juubi and the strong body of her lineage. Sasuke only has the visual prowess of the Juubi, while Naruto has the body of Kaguya's lineage. Seperately, they are not stronger than Kaguya, but together they are stronger or at least just as strong as Kaguya.

That color is actually more pink in it, its a very white'ish pink.

Some people are colour-blind...

A computer analysis of the red/green/blue ratio of the colour of the byakugan would be helpfull.
I would love to see the combination of the red sharingan , and the colour of the byakugan , by a computer.

I checked the image using Hex Colors Codes on Photoshop. It agrees with me that its pink.

The 9 Tomoe Sharingan is more powerful than the Rinnegan, its the original eye after all. The Rinnegan is nothing more than a devolved version of the 9 Tomoe Sharingan, same as the EMS,MS and regular Sharingan is nothing more than a devolved version of the Rinnegan.

Sasuke doesn't have the 9 Tomoe Rinnegan though...

From the spoilers we can see at least 6, 3 from the inner, 3 from the middle and we haven't seen the entire outer yet. So he has at the very least 6 tomoes, which is still better than the Rinnegan which has none.
