minato = dead. He took goodou dama's to his body. His body is too heavily damaged to move anymore
Hashi = dead-ish. He gave all his remaining chakra to sasuke and got his chakra pooints closed so he can't mould chakra or edo repair
Yamato = spiral zetsu more likely than not

Killer bee is truly forgotten... He's probably inside the gedo masu since he was transformed when hachibi was absorbed.
