BM / BSM Naruto's speed is only surpassed by Juubi Jins and Eight Gates . FTG Not included.

So Six Paths Tailed Beast Mode Naruto should be faster than that . EMS Sasuke was ATLEAST KCM Naruto's level . So how'd he become so fast ? I mean he literally skipped a whole tier of speed feats .

That is a bullshit. Sasuke wasn't been able to deal with Raikage's speed, yet now he's on the same level as Naruto XD. KCM Naruto > Raikage which makes us think Naruto's speed > Sasuke's speed.
