Due to these scans I truly believe that Sasuke was not going all out and instead fit his Susano'o to the Kyuubi cloak.
I also believe that his true PS should be around Madara's PS size, and therefore Madara's and Sasuke's feats should be interchangeable.
Why? You may ask.
Well, you see Sasuke's legged Susano'o was able to use a shockwave to cut a branch, just like Madara's full sized PS. You can clearly see that Sasuke's Susano'o was dwarfed by the branch and his sword could not have reached across without a shockwave. Whilst the Kyuubi cloak may have aided Sasuke to complete this feat (though I'm not entirely sure about it) it still stands that a much smaller Susano'o was able to do it.
Given that Madara's Susano'o of the same size was unable to do something like this, I believe that Sasuke's PS would clearly be able to do something like what Madara's PS did, since his Susano'o of a lower caliber has shown the same type of power as Madara's. Adding to that. All Susano'o have shown to have similer types of power.
Now as for the size of Sasuke's PS as already shown Sasuke and Madara's legged Susano'o was around the same size and so why would PS be any different? Aside from that we can clearly see that Sasuke was easily able to increase the size of PS to wrap around Naruto and he was also able to create an arm much greater in size than any of Kyuubi cloaks limbs and at least half the size of the Kyuubi cloak's tails. As well, the legged Susano'o was already the same size as Kyuubi cloaks body.
I hope you take this into consideration.
