mainly due to the fact that his mokuton techns are a goodd counter to jinchuurikis

Bijuu Dama doesn't blow pollen. In fact, it will make it spread out more, as its shock waves will push them around the area. That will be the premise Madara use, forming Jukai Kutan to catch TBB and throws it back at Naruto.

Madara Mid Difficulty

Since Madara has Hashirama's powers, Attacks like the Tailed Beast Bomb can be sent back and Kurama can be restrained by the wood Dragon and then you have Madara's own arsenal with Perfect Susanoo, Rinnegan and Genjutsu. I don't see Naruto having a chance at all.
