Can current sasuke hurt madara?

I just asked myself if current Sasuke can hurt current Madara. My point is that Sasuke got the visual power up (no feats atm) but is lacking the SM since Naruto got it. The manga stated that SM jutsu or Tai jutsu is needed to hurt/kill Madara. And Sasukes tai jutsu is not that good I guess^^.

So could he hurt/beat/kill Madara when it comes to a battle or will he need juugo / Naruto help again in order to be a serious opponent?

I don't think you can compare these fights. Ashura was not the juubi jin - so he was not imune to ninjutsu.

And why should an eye allow you to control natural energy? I mean sasuke never had these kind of chakra himself, Juugo just added it to his susanoo once. It would make no sense if Sasuke got SM anyway. It was extra mentioned by Madara that both of the two have different powers - Kishi never do things randomly.
