Which anime and manga have the best looking art design, like in characters/scenery/style etc. (concept)?

For me? Bleach. Kubo has some mad skill and has definitely improved from where he started.

For me probably attack on titan. I like the way they do the art, it's unique.

Then probably DBZ, Fairy Tail or Naruto (although they are all quite unique).

I like Naruto for its art style or more of how Kishimoto draws his characters. His style stays relatively true to the human anatomy and that's why it piques my interest. As for styles of complexity, I haven't ventured out far enough of the mainstream manganimes to noticed too many, or any at all for that matter, though I've heard of Berserk's artwork to be quite detailed.

Characters, I can't say for sure, but in terms of art, I'd say Mushishi.

Soul Eater is my favorite manga and it's design/concept is a big part of that.

KHR/Reborn! in manga. I've always loved the artwork and the character design.
Anime is kinda hard... but I think TTGL or HxH.
