Stupid questions deserve stupid answers. They're both going to fight Madara as equals and wouldn't be able to solo him individually. You're basically asking "which is better at talking, a stick or a banana?"

I would say Naruto because Madara's weaknesses are Physical Attacks and Senjutsu attacks and those are Naruto's battle strengths. Sasuke doesn't have Senjutsu, as far as we know,so his attacks won't really be able to effect Madara and we haven't seen how fast Sasuke is yet either so we don't know if he could be able to land any physical attacks.
