The reason Madara became Jinchuriki so easily

Is that Kaguya was not involved.
I think that the force trying to take control of Obito's body when he became the Juubi Jin was Kaguya, who had somehow became part of the juubi by eating the fruit. F**k You. That's why.

When Obito released the Shinju, he expelled Kaguya, who was then in the form of the Tree. That much is obvious.

So, when Madara absorbed the Juubi, he immediately became it's jinchuriki. This would call for some signs of a struggle, like what happened to obito, even if it was much faster. Since there wasn't, it can be deduced that there was no force stopping him.

Since the juubi has no mind of it's own, the only plausible candidate for the one controlling obito would be Kaguya, who we allready know was in the juubi he revived.

There is a good chance that the shinju is sentient, but The Juubi isn't, as stated by Kurama, and Kaguya might be the "Inteligence" of the Shinju.
