So if you read the recent manga chapter 673 you would have noticed that Sasuke and Naruto gained new powers.
Well today I actually was thinking a lot about their new powers and how related it is to the Shinju. xd

Lets start:

Ok So this is the Juubi (for the noobs):

Now if you analyze the picture you would realize where the 9 tomoe eye originally came from.

Sasuke with the ocular power of the Juubi eye:

(I made a connection where all the 9 tomoes representing all the Bijuus)

Now Naruto, body of the Juubi aka(Senjutsu of the Six paths):

He also possess the Truth-Seeking Balls. Which is weird because in order to posses this technique one needs all the Bijuus if I am correct aka Juubi or at least be the Jinchuuriki of the Juubi which Naruto isn't.

It's also been Confirmed that this technique is compose of 4 or more elements being mix. It's also part Senjutsu and mastery of Natural energy.

When I said try to compare Naruto to the Juubi, what these two have in common is that Naruto has the Juubi Body (Bijuus), his mode also allows limitless amounts of Natural energy, he also master the greatest of senjutsu. Everything I've have mention has been tied to the Juubi. Everything is derived from the Juubi. As it was once stated that the Juubi is the progenitor of the world. We also know that the Juubi is the rightful owner of Chakra in general.

Synopsis:

So the fact that we know that everything is derived from Juubi when it comes with the Juubi Visual Prowess to the Juubi body limitless Natural Energy, Body of the Juubi compose of all the Bijuus, Compose of all nature transformations including ying-yang. Juubi body is the ultimate and mastery of Senjutsu! =D

Another proof that Naruto has the Truth-Seeking Balls is the fact that he's able to shape them as seen as here (Straight from Manga):

As if why he ain't pull the Sun staff yet is unknown but we'll have to find out in the upcoming chapters.

As for this eye:

We only known that Kaguya and the Juubi had it and it was use to put people under Infinite Tsukyomi.

My theories what Sasuke might be able to do list:

Cast powerful Genjutsu
Limitless Izanami + Izanagi
Perfect Susanoo
Being able to mix Nature elements.
Control the Juubi

If Juubi Chakra I meant as the darkness or emotions of the Chakra. He doesn't technically have the Chakra but his chakra is said to be potent.
