I don't know what kind of mindset you lead, but that is not just senseless murder to put someone to death for murdering a child who can barely stand up for himself. Furthermore, if we let them continue to live in this rotted world then there are chances that she will not learn and do it again. You sound like one of those fat preachy adults who believes that "not fighting back" is the right approach. Foolish. What if your mother was killed by an alcoholic mad man with no direction? Would you seek for the death penalty then?
Funny you should say, I'm not an adult yet. How could the person not learn from their mistake if they're in a barred prison cell for the rest of their life? Putting someone in prison for the rest of their life is very much fighting back, its punishing them for their stupid action. If my mother was killed by someone, I'd see the death penalty as a merciful punishment, and I do. And the death penalty is a contradiction in itself. You kill someone because killing is wrong and against the law, how does that make any sense at all?
