how do you jump in skyrim ps3? please help!!

so i got this game finally, completed the first mission where you get captured and imperials try to execute you and then meanwhile i was exploring the game, i tried to jump on some rocks but then i realized i couldnt, there wasent even any manuals or instuction that teach you how to jump, and i dont understand, why is this happening, why cant i jump in this game, can you even jump in this game? or do you have follow the straight roads only? please help me.

I'm pretty sure it does. Y button is to jump on Xbox, and Triangle is Y button equivalent.

The controls are in the manual that comes with the game.

Or, press start, go to options, then controls. It shows the list of controls, and you can even change what button does what.

Because triangle is to jump not x

The default jump button for Skyrim is the triangle button. Either you changed the button configuration or your triangle button is broken.

i usually play allot of gta 5 and so i am used to presing x to jump alot, when i press x in skyrim it wont jump for some reasona and you saying that Y is too jump then or triangle?

but there is only like sounds and bunch of audio settings also sometimes my ps3 crashes when i stay at a pause menu for too long so i have to constantly play or my ps3 just turns off for no reason.

what? no im trying to play skyrim right now, i have my ps3 running the game and i dont know i try to press buttom and it doesnt even do anything, the red light is blinking you know, on the side but the game doesnt work, i can only turn around, run or fight, but i cant jump in the air like up you know?

The picture you posted was a PS3 controller with Xbox 360 buttons. I told you exactly what to press to jump. I told you how to find out how to jump by going to start, options, then controller, yet you ignore everything I've said.

ohh okay, cause i was confused for a second, Y, but why do i press Y when i have no X ohh wait that was vice versa, NOPE IT WASENT you said press TRIANGLE finallly i understand thank you soo much, its just i get confused always having two consoles i play both on ps3 and xbox 360 and sometimes i forget about different buttoms they have, and mix both of them together LMAO. well now it works currently i can jump right now if i press Y.. ohh wait i meant Triangle but X doesnt work right?
