I fail to see how Tsunade hits him. He was reacting to Kimmimaro, who has way better striking speed feats. She's probably wins, but if Lee goes straight out blitz mode to m the start he has quite the chance. No healing techniques means he can potentially crack her head open.

Um.... loopy lee is drunk and prone to fall right, wouldn't the type of fighting that creates fissures in the ground be vary difficult for drunk person to counter. Let me answer this as a college student. Hell yes.

Drunk in NV /=/ Drunk in real life. Lee was coherent enough to foght and react to Kimmimaro. Worst case scenario he jumps over the fissures.

There's not that much evading a person that blitzed through Gaara's sand defenses. Acid? Dodged.

Except Lee wasn't reacting he was drunkenly falling about for a good portion of that drunken episode and legit fell on his face iirc.

How many people Tsunade one-shot?

Thing is, medical nin are not that great at Taijutsu, they just compensate with their ... well, let's call it strength since they actually didn't defeat anyone relatively strong. So as strong as she can be, if she cannot land a hit on Lee, he will eventually defeat her if she cannot heal (I don't think Drunken Fist can deal enough damage to prevent her healing).

Plus, Drunken Lee dodged that Kimimaro Tech where he hitted a lot of times very fast, so I really don't see Tsunade landing a blow on Lee.

Healing is restricted but bare in mind that Tsunade, being of Senju and Uzumaki heritage has a strong lifeforce and above average durability so Lee's taijutsu isn't killing her.

If Lee gets gates, he wins but Tsunade has Katsuyu to fall back on. Also against a drunk fighter, punching/kicking the ground will work wonders.

Tsunade wins mid difficulty.

Tsunade can't punch Lee, but I don't think Lee has the physical strength to take down Tsunade. Tsunade might be able to evade some of Lee's attack, and tank the rest. Ultimately Lee will be down and Tsunade will remain standing
